PETS – Training Future Rotary Leaders

This is a mandatory program for incoming club presidents, secretaries, and treasurers — the team responsible for ensuring the club’s growth and stability throughout the year.
Representatives from clubs across District 2490 — which covers the entire territory of Israel — take part in this training. These clubs implement meaningful social and humanitarian projects, support local communities, and inspire action in various fields.
At PETS, we get to know the district leadership team, learn how to plan club activities, manage initiatives, build partnerships, and engage new members. It’s more than lectures — it’s a space of unity, shared purpose, and genuine motivation.
This year, our club was represented by Daria Gurov, incoming President, and Olga Rodionov, incoming Secretary. Unfortunately, our incoming Treasurer could not attend, but we made sure to pass along all the key information. The event was insightful, dynamic, occasionally fun — and entirely professional.
PETS gives not only knowledge, but also confidence: you're not alone — you're part of a strong and supportive community.
